Make: 20`3 Eclipse
Property Description:
2013 18.5 Ft Eclipse Travel Trailer For Sale
- Amenities include:
- wood deck and carport covering the trailer and deck,
- small refrigerator and a stand–up freezer outside on deck,
- 10 x 12 ft wooden shed outfitted as a woodshop with many hand tools,
- woodworking machines and all kinds of materials and supplies
The trailer itself is set up for a single person to be comfortable in all seasons here at Burro Mountain Homestead. The indoor refrigerator/freezer runs on electricity or propane. The water heater is an electric 30-gallon Westinghouse brand made of glass, which cannot corrode, eliminating the hassle of changing an anode rod every 2 years and the corrosive buildup. So, take a nice long shower.
The kitchen is nicely stocked with many appliances. The manuals are in 2 file folders in the bookcase.
My favorite wall-hugger recliner is also included.
Total Price is $22,000.00 OBO
