Park Policies/Information
Welcome to Burro Mountain Homestead, we hope you enjoy your visit. To assist in making your stay more pleasant, please read the following information:
- Office Hours:
April 1st through October 1st:
9am–4pm M, 9am-2pm T-F, 10am – 2pm Saturday, Closed Sunday
October 2nd through March 31st:
same as above, Closed Weekends - Laundry:
Located in the Daily/Overnight area. - Bathhouse:
Located in the Daily/Overnight area and in the Ranch House. - Soft Drinks & Ice:
For sale in the Burro Mountain Office and also located in the Corral. - Trash:
Please place trash in plastic bags and put it in the dumpsters located throughout the park. - Quiet Hours:
10:00 pm until 8:00 am. - Children:
Please supervise your children at all times. - Museum Room:
Located in the Ranch House. Children 16 or older allowed when accompanied by an adult. - Exercise Room:
Located in the Ranch House. Children 12 or older are allowed when accompanied by an adult.
- Horseshoe Pits:
Located behind the Activity Center. The horseshoes are stored at the Activity Center. - Ladder Ball Court:
Located at the Activity Center. - Cornhole:

Please stay on the trails and observe the 10 MPH Ranch Speed Limit while in the Park. Must be 16 years of age or older to ride inside the Park. - Pets:
Only 3 pets per rig are permitted and all pet must be on a leash at all times inside the Park. - Mail:
The Mail Room is located in the Burro Mountain Office. - Activities:
An activities calendar is posted at the Burro Mountain Office and on our website, here. - Campfires:
Please check the FIRE STATUS sign located outside the Burro Mountain Office and at the showerhouse for details.
