Rental Policies
- Nightly and discounted weekly and monthly rates are available. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. SCR members receive a 10% discounted nightly rate on room accommodations and 35% on RV sites, no discounts on discounts.
- For reservations, please call (575) 538-2149, fax a request to (575) 538-0060, or book through this site on the home page and you will be called back to confirm availability.
- All room rentals and all ranch buildings are No Smoking Areas.
- CHECK IN TIME:
2:00 pm or after. Advance arrangements for registration and key pickup must be made prior to arrival if you are arriving after 3:00 pm, weekends or holidays. - CHECK OUT TIME:
11:00 am unless prior special arrangements have been made. - DISCOUNTS:
SCR members receive a 10% discount for themselves or their guests on single, nightly, weekly or monthly room accommodation rates and 35% on RV sites, no discounts on discounts.
- PETS:
Small pets are allowed in the cabin or Avion 1. A pet fee of $5 per pet, per night is charged. If pets are found in other rentals then a $50 cleaning fee will be charged. - ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
A one-time charge per stay for rollaway or sleeper sofa bed set-up is $5.00. Additional persons in the room are $5.00 per night. This excludes infants or children 3 years and under. - ADVANCE DEPOSIT:
One single night rate plus applicable tax may be requested. A 48-hour advance notice of cancellation is required to receive a refund. - HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no routine daily housekeeping. Extended stay guests receive clean towels and sheets on a weekly basis. There may be a charge for requesting changes more frequently. - DAMAGES:
Guests will be responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damage to rentals and/or furnishings. When first occupying a unit, guests need to inform the office of any existing damage.
No refunds are available 48 hours before check-in or after check-in.
